Developmental Program Overview - Ages 8u, 9u & 10u
We’re excited to announce the launch of a Developmental Program specifically designed for players that are 8u, 9u & 10u (2026 Age). This program will focus on fundamental skill building, baseball IQ, and a love for the game in a competitive and fun environment.
We believe this approach will provide a more beneficial and engaging experience for all young players at this stage of their development. We will also be integrating the use of HitTrax into our sessions to provide data driven feedback and an engaging gamification experience.
The Developmental Program will include:
Two practice sessions a week focusing on hitting, pitching, fielding, and baserunning fundamentals. The program will commence in early January & run through Mid March. One session at my facility in Wexford on Monday or Thursday and a Sunday session at the bubble at NoOffseason in Russellton.
Structured drills and activities designed to improve individual skills.
In-house scrimmages to apply learned skills in a game-like setting, with an emphasis on instruction and fundamentals
Experienced coaches dedicated to fostering a positive and supportive learning environment. I will be leading ALL sessions.
Additional 2 hour Open Cage Time Per Week. This gives you access to my facility to get additional reps outside of formal team practice.
*Please note that when you register it will sign you up for all sessions. The Sunday session is at NoOffseason Russelton. I will also be sending out an email to all registrants with additional information including open cage sign-up which is included in the cost of the program*
